Welcome to this blog!  I am a Christian wife, mother, and retired elementary school teacher.  I now teach a Sunday school class of fifth graders.

The resources on this site are either my own creations or have been adapted from public domain material from before 1923.  There were many excellent teaching resources from that time that have been lost or forgotten.  There are also activities and articles that are reprints from other children's ministry writers obtained with their permission.

These lessons are for parents or teachers.  They can be used for children's ministry, Sunday school, home school, or individual study with your own children.

Most of the content on this site will be geared to upper elementary children, since that is the age group that I worked with for thirty-three years.  You may copy and print these lessons for personal or group use (such as a Sunday school class).  They may not be sold.

Thank you so much for being here.  Please always feel free to give suggestions or comments in the comment box below the posts.

  1. Lovely and insightful telling of Abraham, Isaac and the Ram caught in the thicket.
Will be sharing the story and the meaning you bring to it tomorrow morning (Sunday).
Many many thanks in Jesus, Mike
